Goodwill Voucher Terms and Conditions
Minimum Booking Requirements:
For hotel bookings, the voucher is valid only if the booking is for 3 nights or more, or if the total booking amount is USD 350 or above.
For flight bookings, the voucher is applicable only if the total booking amount is USD 350 or above.
Non-reusable Partial Amounts:
Any unused portion of the voucher will be forfeited. The partial amount cannot be carried over or reused in future bookings.
Redemption Process:
The voucher/coupon can only be redeemed by calling one of our agents over the phone. Online redemption is not available.
Age Restriction:
The user must be 18 years of age or older to utilize the voucher.
Validity:
The voucher is valid for a lifetime, unless otherwise stated.
Right to Nullify:
